My experience with them has been very pleasant. They are fast, straightforward and efficient. I had a bit of a challenge getting an apartment at one of the buildings they manage, but at the very last minute, I was given a video of another apartment by Francesca, and that helped me make an immediate decision to go for it. I haven’t regretted that and I’ve got an answer each time I had a question about my apartment. They’re also very patient when providing explanations and I’ve found that very helpful.

We had an issue with our boiler which caused issues in our flat. The maintenance team were excellent and came incredibly quickly to sort it out for us. The team at smart investments were excellent and helped us to find temporary accomadation straight away as well and we are incredibly thankful for their honesty, transparency and due diligence. Francesca was amazing at sorting everything out for us as well. Overall they have been the most helpful landlords and agency we have had.
